ASANA SEQUENCE

Start on back, knees bent, feet flat, head comfortably supported by a yoga blanket. The class starts with floor-based breathing exercises and extension asanas, transitioning into bridge poses (pelvis lifts) and arm raises. Following this, you will lie on your belly to engage in a series of back extension poses. This sequence starts with lifting the chest without using your hands, then progresses to moving your arms from your bottom to shoulder level.  Then on all fours and half Tortoise. After a brief demonstration the class continues with Cobra and Half Tortoise. Follow Jasmine’s Instructions!
