ASANA SEQUENCE

The class starts with the students lying on the floor with knees bent (and feet flat). You head is supported with a Yoga blanket. This series include Jasmine’s often used LALA sounds, double breath- then scavenge the belly- bridge- seated on blocks w/ feet flat- on all fours- cat-cow- downward dog and crescent pose. Follow Jasmine’s instructions
NOTE: For downward dog, start with knees slightly bent
