Yoga Mat, Yoga Blanket

ASANA SEQUENCE

The class starts with the students lying on the floor with knees bent (and feet flat). You head is supported with a Yoga blanket. The sequence has an extended breathing/extension section followed by thread-the-needle pose. This continues with bridge and a short meditation. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
