ASANA SEQUENCE

This series primarily focuses on Forward Bends. It commences with students in a standing position. The breathing sequence is followed by shoulder exercises and a sequence of forward bends. Turn over your legs with slightly bent knees (Uttanasana) and roll back up gradually. This segment involves hamstring extensions. The series progresses with Crescent-Warrior pose- Savasana- A-U-M.
