YOGA PROPS REQUIRED: Yoga Mat, Yoga Blanket

ASANA SEQUENCE

Start on Back. Knees Bent. Feet on Floor. While supported by the floor, you complete the breathing/extension sequence with LALA sounds- Bridge- Then turn over/face down on mat, arms along side your body. Use blanket to support forehead if needed.
Locust is instructed in stages: first upper body and then lift legs.
Cobra: hands under shoulders- grow chest forward- float upper body.
Downward Dog: From Cobra to Updog to Downward Facing dog
Half Tortoise: pull tailbone to heels- sit on your heels- arms forward- rest head on floor/blanket
