Yoga Mat, Yoga Blanket, Wall

ASANA SEQUENCE

The class starts with the students lying on the floor with knees bent (and feet flat). Ujjayi breath- Bridge/Pelvis Lift- Arm raises- Roll to one side and come to sit- Stand with back against wall with feet hip-width apart- Standing Forward fold- Face wall, toes against the wall- Walk your hands straight up the wall. Walk back until your body is halfway to the floor- Step away- Lie back- Savasana- End seated. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
