Yoga Mat, Yoga Blanket, Yoga Blocks (2)
The class starts with the students lying on the floor with knees bent (and feet flat). Extended Ujjayi breathing section- Bridge/Pelvis Lift with Instructions to engage Mulla Bandha. Roll to one side and come to stand- Breathing asana’s with LALA sounds- Arm Raises- Forward Bend- Hamstring stretch- Prep for Warrior II, and finally Triangle pose. Finish with A-U-M. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
