Yoga Mat, Yoga Blanket, Wall
The class starts with the students lying on the floor with knees bent (and feet flat). Extended Ujjayi breathing with LALA’s- Bridge/Pelvis Lift with LALA’s. Instructions to engage Mulla Bandha- Stand with back against the wall- Arm raises- Forward fold- Rolling-up slowly- Hamstring stretch w/bottom on the wall- Finish with A-U-M. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
