ASANA SEQUENCE

Begin by lying on your back, with knees bent and feet flat. Your head is supported with a yoga blanket. After the breathing and extension section, perform spinal twists while lying down. This is followed by a sequence of double breaths on the floor. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
