ASANA SEQUENCE

After the breathing and extension segment, the class continues with Bridge pose. Next, you’ll sit on your mat facing the wall with your legs extended. From this position, you’ll move through a series of hip stretches using the wall for support. The sequence progresses to kneeling on blocks with feet flat on the floor in front of you. Finally, you continue with a kneeling movement, alternating legs while gently moving the leg and tailbone forward to encourage mobility and alignment. The class concludes with Warrior pose and A-U-M.
