YOGA PROPS REQUIRED: Yoga Mat, Yoga Blanket

ASANA SEQUENCE

This is a Standing/Upper Body sequence. The class starts with students standing on the mat with legs spread shoulder width apart. The standing breathing/extension Asana includes LALALA sounds and is followed by Arm raises to the side. The sequence continues with feet exercises: “Sand On The Beach” (please move off the yoga mat for this portion), the EAGLE pose, and finally forward bend. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
