YOGA PROPS REQUIRED: Yoga Mat, Yoga Blankets
Begin by lying on your back, with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Support your head comfortably using a yoga blanket. This series initiates with a breathing and extension segment, progressing to the bridge pose, the “Hip Opener on Wall” sequence (Janu Sirsasana), and finally, the leg up the wall. For the “Hip Opener on Wall,” position yourself seated on the floor, facing a wall, with your legs stretched forward and feet resting against the baseboard.
