Note: You need space on both sides of your mat to be able to move your legs to the sides without hitting an object. A “yoga strap” is required.
The class starts with the students lying on the floor with knees bent (and feet flat). Your head is supported with a yoga blanket. After completing the breathing/extension asanas, you perform a series of leg exercises while lying on the floor. This is followed by double breaths. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
