41- Legs To The Side w/ LALA's- Bridge- 1H 21M

YOGA PROPS REQUIRED:

Yoga Mat, Yoga Blanket, Yoga Blocks(1)

ASANA SEQUENCE

NOTE: You need ample space on both sides, and on the top of your body to be able to move your legs to the sides and your arms overhead without hitting an object.
Start on Back. Knees Bent. Feet on Floor. While supported by the floor, you complete the breathing/extension sequence and an extended side extension asana. LALA sounda are used to clear-up deeper on the inside of your hips. The class ends with Bridge. A yoga block may be needed to support your arm when it is overhead. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
