YOGA PROPS REQUIRED: Yoga Mat, Yoga Blanket

ASANA SEQUENCE

Start on Back. Knees Bent. Feet on Floor. While supported by the floor, you complete the breathing/extension sequence- Twist set- Bridge- Then turn over/face down on mat, arms along side your body. Use blanket under forehead if needed.
Locust: shoulders back- float forehead- palms up- hands under thighs- float forehead and lift legs.
Cobra: hands under shoulders- grow chest forward- float upper body.
Half Tortoise: pull tailbone to heels- sit on your heels- arms forward- rest head on floor/blanket
