ASANA SEQUENCE

NOTE: You need a Yoga Chair for this set.
The class starts with the students lying on the floor with knees bent (and feet flat). Your head is supported with a yoga blanket. The sequence includes breathing/extension, bridge, raising arms overhead, and Jasmine’s full chair set. A-U-M. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
