The class starts with students seated on chairs, the chair’s back is against the wall and all four legs are firmly on the mat. This sequence is specifically designed to activate the Bandhas through successive movements, beginning with Mula Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha, and Jalandhara Bandha. Following the breathwork segment, transition into arm raises while remaining seated, progressing into a forward bend.
Shift to the floor, lying with your back on the ground and the balls of your feet on the chair’s edge. Execute Viparita Kurani (Half Shoulder Stand) using the chair for support, maintaining stability by supporting your back with your hands. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
