Start on Back. Knees Bent. Feet on Floor. While supported by the floor, you complete the breathing/extension sequence with LALA sounds- Bridge- Cat-Cow- Downward Dog- Half Tortoise- Dolphin- Warrior Pose alternating with Dolphin.
