Start on Back. Knees Bent. Feet on Floor. Ujjayi breathing with LALA’s. Sound Variations using the following sounds: e- ea- a- o- ou, then OM and AOUM. Standing- Arm raises- Eagle Pose- Standing wide with clasped hand behind back- A-U-M. Follow jasmine’s instructions!
