YOGA PROPS REQUIRED:

Yoga Mat, Yoga Blanket, Wall

ASANA SEQUENCE

Begin by lying on your back, with your knees bent and feet flat. Your head is supported with a yoga blanket. The sequence starts with the breathing/extension section, followed by the ‘thread-the-needle’ pose and the Bridge pose. Then, roll to one side and place the narrow end of your mat against a wall. Then lie back and place your legs up the wall; the back of your hips will be on the floor. Next, perform a series of pelvic lifts with your feet on the wall. This leads into the shoulder stand (Sarvangasana) against the wall.
Finish with “A-U-M.” Follow jasmine’s instructions!
