Begin by lying on your back, with knees bent and feet flat. Your head is supported with a yoga blanket. The sequence includes: breathing/extension asanas, bridge, cat stretches, Jasmine’s chair set (upper body extensions), and finally preparation for warrior pose using the chair. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
