I hereby agree to the following:

I am voluntarily participating in previously recorded Yoga Classes during which I will receive only AUDIO INSTRUCTIONS about specific yoga asanas. I understand that these instructions are previously recorded audios from classes instructed by Jasmine Lieb and are without any live or visual instructions. I further acknowledge that these audio instructions may be unclear and difficult to follow.

I acknowledge that yoga may require some physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Yoga Class offered through this site.

MY PARTICIPLATION IN THE AFOREMENTIONED ACTIVITY IS STRICKLY VOLUNTERAY.

In consideration of being permitted to use the audio instructions available through JasmineLiebYoga.org:

1. I further assume full responsibility for all risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the Yoga Class using the audio recorded instructions.
2. I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against the custodians of this site, or any other persons for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the on-line Yoga Classes.
3. I, my heirs or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge and covenant negligence or other acts.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents and I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
