e – lightly hold above adam’s apple – Forhead & ???
ae – Palm of your hand lightly on your throat- For Throat, Neck, Thyroid, Parathyroid
a– Hand on upper chest- for Thymus glad (immune system). can also pound on chest.
o – Hand on lower ribs – Lower lung, pancreas
ou “u”- hand holding lower abdomen – Pelvic Bowl, Reproduction glands
m– Upper abdomen, Good for heart, diaphragm
“OM” – Lower lung + heart
“A OU M” – Ohm
Any consonants like “L” or “M” also work the diaphragm

The endocrine system is a system of glands that involve the release of extracellular signaling molecules known as hormones. The endocrine system is instrumental in regulating metabolism, growth, development, puberty, tissue function, internal environment (temperature, water balance, ions) and also plays a part in determining mood.[1]
