ASANA SEQUENCE

Begin by lying on your back, with knees bent and feet flat. Your head is supported with a yoga blanket. After the breathing/extension section, spinal twist are performed while lying down on the floor. This is followed by the Bridge pose. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
