YOGA PROPS REQUIRED: Chair(Any), Yoga Mat, Yoga Blanket

ASANA SEQUENCE

The class starts with breathing Asanas while you are seated on a chair (any chair).  The series continues with neck & shoulder Asanas (please keep your eyes open)- Arm raises- Rotating arms to release tension in the shoulders- Floor “leg to the side” extensions, and finally “Crocodile”. Follow Jasmine’s instructions.
