ASANA SEQUENCE

NOTE: You need ample space on both sides, and on the top of your body to be able to move your legs to the sides and your arms overhead without hitting an object.
The class starts with the students lying on the floor with knees bent (and feet flat). Your head is supported with a yoga blanket. While supported by the floor, you complete the breathing/extension sequence and an extended side extension asana. A yoga block may be needed to support your arm when it is overhead. Afterwards, you stand facing the wall with hands stretched up and palms on the wall, then you slowly move back until the upper body is perpendicular to the floor. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
