ASANA SEQUENCE

NOTE: You need a Yoga Chair and Yoga Blocks for this sequence.
The class starts with the students lying on the floor with knees bent (and feet flat). Your head is supported with a Yoga blanket. The sequence includes breathing/extension, bridge (pelvis lift), on all-fours for belly stretching and cat-stretches. Uddiyana Banda with abdominal lift while holding your breath, Jasmine’s full chair set, standing, and prep for warrior pose. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
