ASANA SEQUENCE

The is the complete “Standing” sequence. The class starts with students standing on the mat with feet spread shoulder width apart. It continues with a series of Shoulder and Arm raises- Rotating arms to release tension in the shoulders. This follows with a series of Forward bends and gently rolling up. Then you move into Pyramid where your feet are pointed in the same direction, and finally Squat. Follow Jasmine’s instructions.
