ASANA SEQUENCE

The class starts with the students lying on the floor with knees bent (and feet flat). Your head is supported with a Yoga blanket. The breathing/extension section is followed by double breaths, Bridge, then sitting on blocks with your feet flat in front of you, the series continues with kneeling and moving your (alternating) leg and tail bone forward.
