YOGA PROPS REQUIRED: Yoga Mat, Yoga Blankets, Yoga Blocks

ASANA SEQUENCE

The class starts with the students lying on the floor with knees bent (and feet flat). You head is supported with a Yoga blanket. The sequence starts with the breathing/extension section followed by bridge, seated forward fold, kneeling and warrior. For the “hip opener on wall), you are seated on the floor facing a wall with legs out stretched and feet on the baseboard. Take enough support (blankets or blocks) under your hips so your back in not buckling. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
