YOGA PROPS REQUIRED: Yoga Mat, Yoga Blankets, Yoga Blocks
The class starts with the students lying on the floor with knees bent (and feet flat). You head is supported with a Yoga blanket. The sequence starts with the breathing/extension section followed by bridge, “Foot Massage”, Ankle Rotation, lubricate Hip, and seated forward extension. For the seated position take enough support (blankets or blocks) under your hips so your back in not buckling. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
