YOGA PROPS REQUIRED:
Yoga Mat, Yoga Blanket, Wall
The class starts with the students lying on the floor with knees bent (and feet flat). Your head is supported with a Yoga blanket. The class starts with breathing/extension asanas, followed by spinal twists on the floor and bridge, then you move to a wall with your back against the wall and continue with a series of forward bends and pyramid.
