YOGA PROPS REQUIRED:

Yoga Mat, Yoga Blanket, Yoga Blocks (2), Yoga Chair

ASANA SEQUENCE

The class starts with the students lying on the floor with knees bent (and feet flat). Your head is supported with a Yoga blanket. After completing the floor breathing/extension asanas and Bridge you move to sitting on a chair for a series of arm raises, side extensions and finally squat. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
