YOGA PROPS REQUIRED: Yoga Mat, Yoga Blanket

ASANA SEQUENCE

Start on back, knees bent, feet flat. Guided Breathing Meditation, LaLaLas, Bridge. Turn over/Lie on Mat face down. Use blanket under forehead if necessary. Locust – Shoulders back, Float Forehead. Palms up, Hands under Thighs, Float Forehead, Lift Legs. Cobra – Hands Under Shoulders, Grow Chest Forward, Float Forehead. Half Tortoise – Pull tailbone to heels, rest head on floor. Sit in comfortable position. Close with A-U-M. Follow Jasmine’s instructions!
