Spinal Twists

APPROACH

Spinal Twists are performed while lying down. The support of the floor allows us to slowly relax and settle into a deep and nourishing spine rotation. “Spinal Twists are considered to be incredible hip openers” ; it also stimulates digestion, creates balance and opens the chest, shoulders and upper back muscles.

Twists

1- Complete Twist Set- 1H 32M

2- Twist set – Bridge- 1H 35M

3- Twist Set- Bridge- Standing-

Forward Bend- Triangle- 1H 35M

Description:

Both series starts with the students lying on the floor with knees bent (and feet flat). You head is supported with a Yoga blanket.

In the second series, after completing the bridge, you move to a wall with your back against the wall and will continue with a series of forward bends
